Tips & Etiquette |

- Please be on time, latecomers are distracting to the class in progress
- New students please arrive 15 minutes before class for registration and orientation
- Bring a yoga mat, large bath towel, and large bottle of water** - all of these items can be purchased or rented at the studio
- Men wear athletic shorts, spandex shorts, or bathing suit
- Women wear spandex shorts or leggings and a sports bra or tank top
- Avoid meals 2-3 hours before class, it is best to practice on an empty stomach
- If you must eat, choose an energy bar or banana
- Come hydrated, Drink AT LEAST 32-64oz. of water before class, but stop drinking 45 minutes before class to avoid bathroom breaks
- Drink plenty of water after class
- Please do not wear scented perfumes
- Please be sure to have clean feet
- No cell phones or pagers in the studio
- Please do not have conversations in the yoga room prior to or after class, many students use this time for quiet relaxation
- Bring an open mind, and be prepared to sweat!
